Due to a delayed Vueling flight, I'm trying to get in touch with them to get an official Common Carrier Statement of Delay. I've already emailed the "top brass," but haven't heard a response in two weeks. Same goes for their automated chatbot. Not an EU/UK citizen.

Did you ever get a Common Carrier Statement of Delay from Vueling. IB emailed me today saying my flight the end of March 23 was canceled due to operational issue. Chase Sapphire says to use delay/cancelation benefit I have to get a Common Carrier Statement of Cancelation from Vueling.
