I'm wondering if anyone is more experienced and can provide suggestions or tricks.

I've been trying to use my 80k miles for a round trip business class ticket to Europe. However, the search engine has been quite inconsistent. It would show me an outgoing schedule with 7 seats, but then I got no seat on return. When searching again, it would give me another sub-par connecting combination, and the return has seats. I get different results for every search, but was just not lucky enough to get the combo I like to pop up together. I called the KE's skyteam desk but they couldn't even see any business class seats. This search engine is so frustrating but seems to still be my only hope to get business class seats. Anyone has experiences on getting the best outcome?
