I did a trip recently where I was on a Republic E175 for two segments in F (CLE-BOS and JFK-CLE), TATL eastbound on VS BOS-LHR in Premium and westbound TATL on Delta LHR-JFK. The best flight attendants I had were on the regional jets. They were enthusiastic and worked hard. Both flights were less than 90 minutes, but I got a PDB and three in-flight beverages on both. I got more drink service on them than I did on the LHR-JFK flight, which was just short of 7 hours long.

Delta needs to get back to the level of service in the 1980s that made me and many others fall in love with the widget.
