No stomach issues at all. I did not take any vaccines either although I was current on typhoid from a trip to India two years earlier, and I took a course of some antibiotic (I think Azythromycin) with me as recommended by my doctor in case I got sick, but I didn't need it.

I literally just got back from driving around Honduras for a week (I go on weird vacations ) and this time I got Typhoid again since the older vaccine needed a booster, and I took Malarone as malaria prophylactic, and also took azithromycin with me, but again, no stomach issues. Drank only treated or bottled water.
