Resurrecting this. I unfortunately have 2 separate QR bookings - SFO-DOH in J and DOH-DXB in Y. Leaving this Saturday and I notice QR738 from SFO is getting routinely delayed this time of year landing only around 6:15 pm on average. Connecting flight is at 6:45 pm to DXB. If QR gives me a boarding pass to DXB in SFO and I am through checked in, any chance that QR will give me some assistance to make this flight (in terms of getting met at the gate or the DXB flight being held)? I am OW Sapphire - if that makes any difference.
