UA Plat flying TPA-YOW (AC1695) on a rouge A319. It looks like from the seat map the only seats that have extra legroom are the single seats in row 19 that have the gap in front of them and row 12 "bulkhead" rows? Going from photos this isn't a real bulkhead so row 12 is probably our best bet?
