I had a call with CS. Apparently this is the "new loyalty" program, which means that the old way of booking with points is no longer valid.

E.g. Park Inn Tallinn used to be a steal for 15k point. Now 15k points will get me 30€ off the price of one night. I'm glad I don't have any more points associated with the account. This is a ridiculous devaluation!
