ok I see.

what if I take another airline that departs from T2. I think it is walkable from T3 to T2, right? flight also departing at 5 am ish.

so 1h immigration/customs, hopefully 15 min walking, then check in domestic 1.5h before departure.

I would have thought now that covid screens are no longer needed for india, things will be more streamlined.
