It’s let the buyer beware
This just happened to me at a Hyatt in New Jersey
though I received the Presidential Suite it faced a freeway and it kept me up all night
They have to assign these rooms to somebody and the room execs think they are doing us a favor I suppose
Despite my calling the hotel and requesting a quiet room.
Worse when I complained they moved me to a smaller suite just as noisy and got sick from no sleep 2 days in a row
When I like a hotel I find it harder to report them.Andaz West Hollywood has noise issues too in the suites
What can you do?
