Unable to Manage Booking after a schedule change?
I received a couple of emails over the last week informing me of some (minor) schedule changes to my January flights which are fine by me. The problem I have is that now if I try to manage my booking on the website, it tells me about the changes and only offers me the option to change my flights or cancel them. I am happy with what I was offered, and according to my TA, they are confirmed, but there doesn't seem to be a way to proceed to managing the booking (seats, meals, etc.) Any idea how to fix this?
