As a globalist, it was pretty shocking treatment. I had to go thru my concierge to get resolution and it look weeks.
I was also charged some weird accommodation on a free night. Never did get an answer. I had 2 reservations, on using a free night and one paid. I ended up getting the room comped.
I have vowed not to return. Which is disappointing, as it was a good hotel for long stay.
Maybe the new GM will sort out this property. But it's a hard pass for me.
The GM is wonderful caring individual who has worked at a
wide variety of top hotels worldwide
If you reach out I’m confident she will assist in the future.
On my first stay with the former management I was assigned the same location and sucked it up.I asked to be moved the next day
This is a satisfactory hotel but one must reach out if they are noise sensitive. They must assure me I’m in a room in the new wing.
I will not stay on the old Four Points side near the nightclub
Lesson learned.I’m sure there are many younger folks that this doesn’t bother. The owners added a night club with no
additional sound proofing.
