You can try asking SQ to give you the TK PNR. Or you could call TK and they should be able to find your booking info using the SQ ticket number. The website only accepts ticket numbers starting with 235 (issued by TK) so it won't display the reservation even if you enter the ticket number, you need the TK PNR to view the reservation online.

Also beware, sometimes the TK website won't show correct details about baggage for tickets issued by other carriers.
