Assuming the FFC wasn't from a partially flown trip, something is amiss.

Just sent a web message to CS asking a travel certificate for the balance of FFC.

The ticket to Tokyo is next week. Never flown.

Add: when I tried to request a refund from UA refund page, it says: "Refunded"
