When I flew this route in 2021 I just used the Centurion Lounge which is very close to the gate TK was using. Obviously an appropriate Amex card is necessary for entry.

They have a contract with TK to accept business class passengers for their flights, it's not a Star Alliance lounge. So no access with Star Gold.
