Whenever supply more closely matches demand, or vice versa? The chip shortage is probably not going to be resolved anytime soon. So, I would guess periods of lower demand matching the limited supply is more likely.
It's only with Avis. National emerald aisle and alamo rewards are pretty good even now. To think that Avis' slogan at one time was - we try harder - what a fall from grace it has been. Avis customer service is bad uniformly all over.
