East side of river walk and close to Alamo, there are Springhill and Fairfield. West side of River walk (close to I-35), there are Residency, Fairfield and Courtyard. All of them seem to offer free nice breakfast except Courtyard. Is there any difference between Springhill, Fairfield and Residence. I paid 40k points for 2 nights (12/30 and 12/31) to Book at both Springhill and Residence. Both of them are asking for 40k points for 2 nights. Going to cancel one. Springhill looks newer, closer and better rated than Residence. But there is a parking fee of $30 vs $15 in Residence. Which one is going to be close to new year eve activities, River walk and nice to stay for 2 nights with family (4 in total).
