Has anyone stayed on an FHR rate? Can the $100 credit be used for the Daily Mandatory Destination Charge? Does the Daily Mandatory Destination Charge still come with an extra $25 F&B Credit?

Any issues with adding a second person to a (prepaid) reservation as they'll be arriving about 2 hours ahead of me?
