I tried to contact the so-called "24h exclusive VIP Contact Center" but the "send us an email" is always empty. I tried several times hoping they have updated it, but nothing has happened since the programme changed.

I wonder why this hotel's programme is so poor, no communications with elite members. Also properties are going downhill, I am staying at the Radisson Tirana, no upgrade at all due to "high occupancy and sold out" even though many rooms are visible on the website.
