The T4 Premier Inn is attached to the terminal by a covered walkway (the same walkway that serves the Hilton and other hotels), and there is also a bus stop directly outside for the public bus to T5 (every 10 mins or so - journey time 15 mins). I've used it many times and it's a good hotel with very comfortable beds.
The 423 bus stops across the road from the Hyatt Place, runs every 20 minutes (at 12, 32 and 52 minutes) and takes 8 minutes to get to T5.

1- thanks for the clarity on PI @ T4 from the map on its website it looked to be off airport
2- this makes it a slam dunk for the HP, THX was looking for this info and wasnt able to find it ( with the PI with txs coming just under $100 US that mans apx 2 cent per Hyatt pt not bad in my opin)
