Really novice and dumb question but what things can a virtual assistant service (Time Etc, Magic, Fancy Hands) do that a concierge can't?
As far as reservations go, I have found significantly more success when the restaurant has a relationship with Amex in some capacity (especially if its on Resy). In the past I remember being able to ask the Concierge if Amex had a relationship with a certain restaurant and they would just tell me point-blank, which I appreciated.
