I think you mean refundable.
Assuming you're checked in, you can theoretically cancel until they process no-shows at the gate, right before they close the doors, around T-15. As a practical matter, I'd be hesitant to go much past T-30. Note that you can't cancel on the app. You need to use the website or call.
