The T4 Premier Inn is attached to the terminal by a covered walkway (the same walkway that serves the Hilton and other hotels), and there is also a bus stop directly outside for the public bus to T5 (every 10 mins or so - journey time 15 mins). I've used it many times and it's a good hotel with very comfortable beds.

Hubby brought up a great point, since we have an 11am departure flight what time would we have to leave The HO on Bath and The Hil @ T4 to get to T5 in time for the flight
The 423 bus stops across the road from the Hyatt Place, runs every 20 minutes (at 12, 32 and 52 minutes) and takes 8 minutes to get to T5.
