We had to wait 4hr at MCO Avis to get a car back in Christmas 2019. We arrived at midnight and we didn't get our car until 4am. The problem - no car.

Same with swapping car at YYZ, waited 2 hours. The problem - no car (even though there is a row full of X1 and Q3).

I wonder when they will get their cars back.
