Just to report back on my experience with the milestone gifts, as I didn’t see any of them to pop up at the shop.

After passing the lumo 450k I shoot a WA message and soon after got an email saying they are now available, so 200/300/400k all appeared at the same time.

Strange process, it almost looks like they don’t offer these proactively as it’s not a published benefit?
