Does TK offer free same day flight changes? I'm flying KTM-IST-DUB but on the afternoon flight from IST-DUB. Would like to change it to the morning flight. (Both are day after arriving into IST).

Is this something that they would do for me at the airport or should I wait to IST and go to the ticket counter?
