I bought a refundable business class ticket. Cancelled it a few days ago at the airport. No way to process the refund online, via app, etc, you have to send an e-mail to
[email protected]. Shockingly, I got an automated response right away, and someone e-mailed me 58 minutes after I sent in my request to let me know it had been done. It showed up on my credit card within a couple of days. I was very pleasantly surprised.
