The food… early this year there was a great beef salad from LGW. Rare beef, good quality, nice potato and horseradish sauce. I actually looked forward to it.

Now it’s Tesco essentials style gristly beef, overdone, awful. Presumably cost reduction, typical BA degeneration. If you’re going to charge premium prices don’t nickel and dime the experience.
