This is an old thread, but I'm having the same problem, with all browsers, no matter the itinerary, regardless if I log in and out, etc. I can get as far as the "select seats" page, then the next one, where I can actually complete the booking, either by using the 5-day hold or by purchasing directly, blows up, and I get the page that took flight. What's the deal? My husband has the same problem, except that he's able to complete simple domestic bookings. But if it involves partners' business class availability, he can see it and grab it when he's not logged in, but after logging in, and after the seat selection page, the confirmation page takes flight. It's almost like AA.com wants us to call for our AAward reservations... anybody else have the same problem?
