Had a decent experience with the Concierge personally. Asked them for a reservation to a tough spot in NYC with open dates as I live here. Concierge contacted me every Tuesday morning (which is when resys are released for the week) at 9:01 to let me know how the grab went. Three times he failed but fourth time around he was able to snag a reservation. I'm a happy man.
