I understand it is a short walk from the TBIT to T4 using the outside connector.
I'm not sure TBIT fast track security is status related. Last month at approx. 4pm, I did not try to use with a Qantas Business class BP for my flight home.
Instead tried as a Qantas passenger departing TBIT to use the Transit security at the arrivals level but was denied - person did not appear to understand me very well and kept just repeating "American", "American", ... I gave up, walked to T4 and used the airside connector from Gate 41.
