PS and D1 upgrades on international flights are not part of Delta's Medallion complimentary upgrade program. This is all spelled out on Delta's website. There are very rare cases of operational upgrades, also called OpUp's, when coach is oversold. But given that you are going in February, the chances of that happening are pretty much zero.
