I started a Twitter chat with Frontier about this issue three days ago and nothing was done. The lastest entry in the chat is me providing my information to prove who I am. I have not received any response. I'm not surprised, and I really feel sorry for people who buy tickets on Frontier and don't understand what they are getting into.
Just now I counted the number of segments I have this year and I discovered I will be one short of 50, so I bought a ticket to bring my total to 51. During the ticket purchase process it automatically added Discount Den for $0. Once the purchase was complete my profile updated to show that I am a Discount Den member again.
