In fact, while I paid a extra just to fly FC on the AA 777 one time (LAX-DFW, connecting to something on the East Coast, instead of just flying non-stop to the East Coast), and while I paid to upgrade to FC in the 747 many times because I thought that was a beautiful airplane, I never paid to fly on the Concorde because it somehow didn't speak to me. So people have all different values.
Given that AA F has been frequently available at a small premium to J and has everything that Business Plus has and a bigger seat, and F is largely filled with Nonrevs and is being ripped out soon tells us a lot about how the general populace feels about the value of these products.
This costs AA nothing to offer, so they may keep it up as an option. But I'd be shocked if it is successful.
