Getting to T4 is easy. There's a bus every 10 minutes or so, or you can take the tube to Hatton Cross for a cross-platform transfer. Have you considered the Premier Inn at T4? You can often get it for around £75 or even less.

I have tons of HH pts but wont spend them if the value is real bad and thats how its looking for both the Hil and HGI on airport. The HP works since 5K for a stay credit towards Gloabalist is a good deal. Although 5K HY pts isnt such a good deal compared to the PI you mention at least it will be a needed Stay Credit
Hubby brought up a great point, since we have an 11am departure flight what time would we have to leave The HO on Bath and The Hil @ T4 to get to T5 in time for the flight
As for the PI, it seems there are 3 T2/3,T4 & T5 that said it seems all 3 are off airport unlike the HGI/HIL, so if we are going to have to bus it we might as well go to The HP
