Booked the standard cozy room, upgraded to a corner handicap-accessible room.
How are the rooms?
The room was great. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided a great view of downtown Nashville. The bathroom, being that this is an accessible room, had a handheld shower instead of fixed shower head.
How was your complimentary welcome amenity?
Got the Diamond breakfast option, which is any entree of the menu and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks.
What was good and what was bad?
The room is comfortable, with enthusiastic service from the front desk personnel.
Valet parking is on and off at times, with only 1 person working at the time.
The restaurant has an aggressive menu, and at times it feels like it's trying too hard.
Also, there's no complimentary bottled water in the room - had to *gasp* pay for one from the mini-bar. I saw someone got a bottle of water from the front desk, but wasn't sure whether that was purchased or provided for free.
Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Great choice for downtown Nashville and definitely will return.
