For those applying in the latest biz plat wave for the triple dip, have your AMEX points combined with your other accounts or posted? I had to call in to link my accounts (different last 5 numbers however) but things seemed delayed and also the balance shows 0 with pending points rather than the aggregate of all the accounts.
