Was recently trying to book an RJ award that said 5 seats were available. However when I click on it and try to go forward, I would get an error message. Called AA US & UK and both said only 4 seats were available even after consulting with the help desk. I noticed EF and AS were showing 5 seats, so I booked one resv with 4 people and then was able to book another resv for one person. I tried several dates with that said 5 seats were available, but all had booking errors. Is this common with RJ or any other partner? Was there any other workaround to this?
