Warm bread, bulgar salad, roast chicken, and pork shoulder.
Bulgar salad - tomato, cucumber, tahini-yogurt vinaigrette. The yogurt vinaigrette was too thick for me, but good taste on the bulgar with tomatoes and cucumbers.
Roast chicken - creamed fennel, croutons. Delicious dish and I used the bread to soak up the delicious sauce! Skin was soggy though, not a big deal.
Pork shoulder - almond romesco, jus, crackling. Another delicious dish. The crackling was crunchy and the jus was flavorful!!
Vanilla gelato - bananas foster, almond honey granola. Yummy as well!
