Whether that's correct or not depends on the airline, route and booking class.

If your booking class is not shown, then zero TPs is unfortunately correct.
I don’t think this is correct any more - the process now seems to be a single zero TP transaction rather than a credit and debit pair.
OP should have lifetime TPs listed at the bottom of an email or two to check.
