Upgrade Avios flight with cash?
Booked LHR-LAX-LHR in Club with Avios for next September.

I'd like to upgrade to First with cash for the outward journey but the option isn't available in the manage my booking section.

Previously, whenever I've booked Club with Avios, the upgrade for cash has been available.

Should it be there or is this a phone call?
