Looking at EF (thanks for the screenshots Thai-Kiwi) most of the flights for today still show 7 seats as of this am—can I change as long as it shows 2 seats for sale or is it more complicated than that? Monday flights seem tighter than today, so not sure what it will look like tomorrow.
