Hilton Shinjuku runs a free shuttle bus every 15-20 minutes from near the west exit, street level, of Shinjuku station. Exiting the station to the street, turn left and walk about 200 yards and you'll see the bus stop, as I vaguely recall it's either stop 21 or 22.
