Restoring access to Aeroplan account?
Hi all,
I'm trying to book an Aeroplan award flight, but cannot manage to get into my account:
-logging in says "we're sending email verification," but nothing ever comes. (Checked spam, etc., no dice). No offer to send an SMS to my mobile #.
-Followed instructions to use incognito browser window, same thing.
-Called 800-361-5873 to try to restore access. Bottom tier phone tree: after requiring number and multiple selections, I'm told "we can't connect you do to very high call volume, goodbye."
I'm out of ideas. Suggestions most appreciated!
