I booked this property for an earlier stay last minute, no emailed/in app auto upgraded occurred. However, the front desk was FABULOUS, upgraded me to a balcony room which wasn't even available to book on the app, and said they might even could move me to a suite tomorrow! I am here for 2 nights, solo, and was given two Jackal drink tickets. A bottle of wine with chocolates was sent to my room. There are going to be fireworks I can watch from my balcony tonight. I am definitely having a better experience, wahoo. Oh, they said the lounge is SLATED to open in January but were willing to surmise there will be delays and it'll actually be February....
