I’ve merged my accounts last year. Enterprise gave me the rental days and manually credit those days over to National.

Once you merge, you cannot open an Enterprise account and it is permanently shut down.

Same issue as you - booked an Enterprise rental with my National loyalty number but got Enterprise credit.
