I've had the "harvest and grain bowl" twice in the past few weeks on the evening ORD-SEA service.
Unlike other upthread experiences, I've really enjoyed it. There are a few inconsistencies (e.g., dressing type, FA forgetting bread), but I've felt like this was much better than the gutbAAwmbs American typically serves.
Not sure why the obsession with endive though.
One senior FA mentioned over and over again he's "never seen anything this appetizing in his 28 years of flying."
