Phoenix CAN be cheap, depending on the time of year. Cash prices or a Residence Inn over by the airport that's 21k regularly.

That being said I don't think I'd trade 42k points for a year of Gold over LT Silver. I'd personally wait and see what 2023 brings me in travel.
