So, I finally found the 'chat' function in the website. 35 minutes later I seem to have Discount Den back for free.
The first agent spent 20 minutes collecting my information and complaint. English and interaction was foreign. I then got 'transferred' to what seemed like a stateside or at least native English speaker who understood the problem. They, however, again asked for my birthdate and everything.
My Discount Den was re-established for free but it seemed to take some sort of over-ride of the system and took a while. They did not acknowledge that this was a common problem.
It just seems that everything with Frontier is difficult. Discount Den auto-renewal does not work, did you book that ticket on a Thursday to get the bonus miles, does this promo include bonus elite miles or not, is your carry on an inch too wide, will your plane show up,.....
