Attached to the Planet Hollywood hotel/casino with loads of retail/restaurants in an indoor mall. Consider allowing your 14 year old to do a bit of unsupervised window shopping. Downsides: it may be more expensive than the Conrad or Mandalay (both of which are far from the center of the strip) and the pool is nothing special.
