Just had a wonderful stay at the GHKL. Stayed there twice within a 10-day period. Service is impeccable, and staff attentive. One of the staff at the club lounge overheard that I had forgotten to grab a knife after sitting down, and he proceeded to get me a knife without me asking for one. Our first stay coincided with the Malaysian long weekend so we got upgraded to a king tower view. On our second visit, we were pleasantly surprised to get the Grand Executive suite on the 35th floor.
